Given our commitment to small group sizes and limited availability to ensure an intimate experience, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, resulting in all ticket purchases being final and non-refundable. On a brighter note, your tickets are timeless, never expiring, which allows you the freedom to choose a more convenient date for your adventure with us in the future. To adjust your reservation for any reason, it’s essential that you contact us at least 24 hours ahead of your planned tour time.

For younger adventurers below the recommended age range, or for anyone who may not be ready to navigate their own vehicle safely, we warmly welcome them to join the adventure alongside a parent or guardian.

On the Electric Trike, they can cozy up securely between the adult’s legs or comfortably sit in their lap, ensuring they’re part of the excitement every step of the way.

Should the parent or guardian opt for an Electric Moped, our younger guests are invited to ride along on the additional seat provided at the back. This way, families can experience the joy of our tours together, ensuring a safe and memorable adventure for all.

The Electric Trike Tour is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for nearly everyone, typically accommodating riders ranging from 8 to 80 years old with ease.

That said, we’ve delightedly welcomed riders as young as 5 and as seasoned as 92, who have all managed their own trikes splendidly. Ultimately, the ability to participate depends on the individual rider’s comfort and capability.

For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, we conduct a mandatory test ride in the parking lot before the tour begins. This ensures that every rider can handle their trike safely.

Should a rider not demonstrate the ability to ride safely during this assessment, they will respectfully be excluded from the tour. This policy is in place to protect the well-being of the individual and the group.

The Electric Moped Tour offers an exhilarating experience that demands a bit more balance and mastery of hand/throttle coordination. Typically, riders should be 14 years of age or older.

However, we’ve proudly accommodated exceptional younger riders, such as a 9-year-old girl with extensive dirt bike experience, who skillfully outperformed some adults!

To ensure everyone’s safety and comfort, we conduct preliminary test rides on our mopeds before departing from the parking lot. Riders who may not feel ready or show difficulty handling the moped—regardless of age—are seamlessly transitioned to an Electric Trike, guaranteeing an enjoyable experience for all.

To ensure the utmost safety and enjoyment for all participants on our tours, we have important guidelines regarding health and physical capabilities. For the safety of everyone involved, we are unable to accommodate individuals with disabilities or physical medical conditions that might impede their ability to ride, steer, and control the Trikes effectively.

Our tours often include riding in groups through areas with sidewalks, streets, and a variety of terrain that includes bumps and turns. Based on our years of experience, we’ve found that it’s in the best interest of both the individual and the group to maintain these guidelines.

Additionally, we prioritize the safety of expectant mothers and their unborn children. Given the nature of our tours, which encounter numerous bumps and turns, we advise against pregnant women participating.
