Are trikes and mopeds on the same tour?
Yes. You share the same local guide, route, stops, and pace. Your group can mix trikes and mopeds. Choose your vehicles in the same booking flow.
Can kids join, and what are the age requirements?
- Ages 4+: Children can ride free when sharing a trike or a moped with an adult. Moped back seats are available. Ages 4 to 7 must share.
- Ages 8+: Can try riding their own trike after parking-lot practice.
- Ages 12+: Can try riding their own moped after parking-lot practice.
Solo riding depends on demonstrating safe control. Shared rides need guide approval. Text or call before booking so we can arrange your seats. Children under 4 and infants cannot participate.
How do I choose a vehicle? Do I need experience?
The trike is the easiest option, with three wheels and less balancing. The moped is a more active two-wheel ride that requires balance. An introduction and practice ride are included before you head out.
Every solo rider must demonstrate that they can release the throttle, brake promptly, steer safely, and follow the guide’s instructions while riding with traffic.
Do I need a reservation? Can I book last minute?
All tours, bookings, and rentals are by reservation only. Online bookings usually close 30 to 60 minutes before the start time.

Where do we meet?
Come into our shop at Shoppes at Dockside, 1100 6th Ave S, Unit 13, Naples, FL 34102. We’re at the opposite end of the long blue building from Sea Monkey Bar & Grill. The vehicles are outside; please come into the shop to check in.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Our small groups have limited spaces, and your reservation holds those spaces for you. Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable if you cancel. Tickets do not expire.
Contact us at least 24 hours before your tour to adjust your reservation. If we need to cancel or reschedule because of weather, staffing, or another issue on our side, you can choose a new time or receive a full refund if the alternative does not work for you.
What about weather or rider restrictions?
If weather requires us to cancel, we will help you reschedule or provide a refund if an alternative does not work for you.
Pregnant guests cannot participate. Guests cannot operate a trike or moped if a disability or medical condition prevents safe control or timely responses to traffic, even with reasonable accommodations. For shared rides or accessibility questions, text or call our team before booking.

How long is the experience, and when can I go?
The guided experience lasts 90 minutes. Tours run daily, seven days a week, with 9:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 2:00 PM, 4:30 PM, and 6:00 PM departures. Check your date in the booking calendar for availability. Sunset timing varies by season.
How many people will be in the group?
Public tours are limited to 12 riders. We split departures into smaller groups whenever possible so there is more room for questions, photo stops, and time with your guide.
What should I wear and bring?
Dress for the weather and bring water, sunglasses, sun protection, and your phone for photos. Sandals are fine on a trike; closed-toe shoes are recommended for the moped. Bring cash if you would like to tip your guide.
Can we book a private group or celebration?
Yes. For private groups, birthdays, bachelorette outings, or other celebrations, text or call us with your date and group size. We’ll help you arrange the experience.
Do you offer rentals too?
